Description

• Own a portfolio of customer relationships, driving retention, adoption, and satisfaction. • Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and measurable time-to-value. • Serve as the customer’s advocate internally, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive improvements and solve issues quickly. • Monitor usage data to identify risks and opportunities for expansion. • Lead regular business reviews to highlight ROI and align on future goals. • Develop playbooks and scalable processes as our customer base grows.

🎯 Exigences

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation for a SaaS product. • Strong technical aptitude — comfortable learning complex software and explaining it to others. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization. • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical and proactive — you spot issues before they become problems. • Experience supporting B2B or enterprise customers preferred.
