• Develop and execute national channel strategy • Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners • Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners • Provide ongoing training and development for dealer sales • Lead and mentor a team of channel managers • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field • 8+ years of progressive sales or channel management experience • Demonstrated success building and managing channel programs • Proven experience fostering strong partner and customer relationships • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills • Experience leading and developing high-performance teams
