Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and with system operators • Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area • Participating in the on-call service to provide customers with rapid support • Contributing to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions in the Munich region

🎯 Exigences

• Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as Plant Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating and Air-Conditioning Technology (SHK), Refrigeration Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, or Electrician/Electrical Installer • Further qualification as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage • Valid Category B driving licence • Good written and spoken German • Strong technical aptitude, a high level of customer orientation, and willingness to travel
