Description

• Provide leadership oversight for all SCM-related matters for customers • Direct source selection and support supplier identification and development • Reduce material costs and assess/respond to supply risks • Advise customers on the supply chain process from materials pricing and BOM analysis through delivery execution and flexibility performance • Optimize Celestica product design for supply chain performance through cross-functional collaboration • Serve as the SCM customer interface and focal point for SCM issues, strategies, and requirements • Manage jointly developed Celestica/customer projects • Deploy systems and processes to ensure customer satisfaction • Coordinate responses to SCM customer inquiries • Drive business process improvements, inventory targets, and return on investment • Support negotiations, working capital assumptions, and SCM optimization to achieve quoted or improved inventory turns • Drive customer engagement on demand planning, demand management, commitments, non-performing inventory, and process improvements • Provide direction to site teams on SIOP, GAP inventory reviews, and strategic inventory proposals • Review NPI BOMs and develop materials strategies • Identify and implement SMI opportunities and manage their performance • Drive localization and strategic sourcing for CLS-preferred suppliers • Support SIOP revenue forecasting and execution from NPI to MP • Identify demand-supply material shortages throughout product launch • Develop higher-level assembly and integration strategies where applicable • Coordinate second-source qualifications, phase-ins, and intersite activities • Provide strategic supply chain expertise and innovative solutions to internal stakeholders and customers • Support customer QBRs, supplier escalations, and KPI improvement initiatives • Support recovery of contractual SCM-related costs and follow up on customer escalations • Collaborate with customers on proposals, expedites, and premiums while managing risks/liabilities and capacity installation • Interact regularly with executives and major customers • Lead analysis of customer bids and quarterly BOM costing exercises • Support Commodity Management teams on contract negotiations

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years of experience • Ability to provide leadership oversight for SCM matters and direct source selection • Experience identifying and developing suppliers, reducing material cost, and responding to supply risks • Knowledge of materials pricing, BOM analysis, delivery execution, and flexibility performance • Experience with customer relationship management and SCM issue/strategy ownership • Experience with SIOP, GAP inventory reviews, strategic inventory proposals, NPI BOMs, materials strategies, SMI, localization, strategic sourcing, and product launch execution • Experience coordinating second-source qualifications, phase-ins, and intersite activities • Expertise in supply chain strategy, customer QBRs, supplier escalations, KPI improvement, contractual claims, proposals, expedites, premiums, and risk/liability management • Experience analyzing customer bids and quarterly BOM costing exercises • Experience supporting commodity management contract negotiations • Ability to travel as necessary • Duties performed in a normal office environment with continuous light physical effort and prolonged repetitive motion, standing, and sitting • Celestica is an E-Verify employer
