Description

• Develop and implement global supply chain management strategy across Celestica sites and customers • Provide leadership and direction to site general managers, GCBU vice presidents, functional executives, and multiple SCM teams • Oversee supply chain activities across multiple sites supporting Industrial and Smart Energy manufacturing • Direct processes, layouts, resources, and operational activities for warehouses, transportation, internal parts flow, security, controls, inventory, purchasing contracts, and non-production activities • Lead major projects, including Advanced Planning System tools and enhancements • Set objectives, measure performance, coach managers, and provide feedback to direct reports • Participate in benchmarking, external audits, ISO compliance reviews, and SCM business controls • Identify and implement cost-reduction activities • Communicate with customers about demand, commitments, non-performing inventory, and process improvements • Drive global inventory management results with sites, SCM, business development, finance, and global account teams • Lead tactical and long-term process improvements, action plans, training, education, and capital-financing initiatives to improve the cash cycle • Manage planning, budgeting, costs, methods, and operational decisions; interact with senior managers, customers, and suppliers

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering • 10+ years of relevant supply chain experience • Extensive knowledge of an electronic manufacturing environment, materials and processes • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, distribution methods, global transportation services, and inventory management, including demand and planning optimization • Knowledge specific to Industrial products and manufacturing preferred • Experience with multiple sites/multi-geographies preferred • Proven results in supply localization and accommodating supply needs of high mix/low volume business • Good understanding of IT concepts and integrated business applications • Strong knowledge of import/export, regulatory, and logistics management • Experience negotiating supply and/or warehousing agreements • Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-resolution, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to lead, manage, train, and motivate diverse managers and employees • Ability to work cross-functionally and with other sites • Ability to travel up to 50% • CPIM designation considered an asset
