Description

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with strategic goals • Translate complex data into actionable insights for informed client decisions and measurable outcomes • Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing • Partner with Client Insights, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions • Develop and maintain relationships with client decision-makers and influencers • Stay current on retail, CPG, and general merchandise trends • Leverage Circana platforms to support client engagements and solution delivery • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through pipeline management and account planning • Proactively address challenges, identify growth opportunities, and deliver client value • Conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses focused on consumer solutions • Serve as the primary client service contact, managing inquiries, requests, and issue resolution • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through quality checks and scheduled updates • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, training, and the client experience • Operate as a strategic extension of the client’s Category Management team

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years of progressive business experience • Strong understanding of manufacturer/retailer issues • Experience in a retailer or consumer packaged goods manufacturer environment • Experience working with syndicated data, analytics, and category management • 5+ years of experience working with syndicated data, analytics, category management, or related CPG insights roles • Experience with POS, consumer panel, or syndicated data sources • Sales experience • Successful storytelling that is proactive and concise in delivering results • Ability to build strategic client relationships and engage with stakeholders • Advanced analytic skills and ability to deliver fact-based consumer analyses • Ability to use Circana platforms including Unify+, Liquid Data, and Intelligence Suite • Prospective candidates may be required to complete a background check
