Description

• Support the Correspondent Account Executive covering the Pacific Northwest • Coordinate with the Account Executive on prospecting for new clients, new client orientations, annual renewals, and administrative tasks • Work with Client Performance and Execution analyst to identify and address client quality trends • Provide feedback regarding lender pipeline and opportunities to improve loan manufacturing quality • Serve as point of contact for client escalations, including loan-level transactional issues, Portal access/support, billing questions, channel initiative follow-up, Risk/QC rebuttals, and outstanding document disputes • Facilitate monthly client business review/quality review calls and maintain proactive communication with correspondent lenders • Work with the Account Executive to identify and engage lenders in correcting non-compliance issues • Assist in obtaining incremental volume from existing clients and prospecting for new clients/volume within the territory • Provide superior client experience, including onboarding, recertification, post-purchase issue resolution, funding issues, and consumer servicing inquiries • Set up and maintain Correspondent Lending Portal site administrative users • Maintain lender contact information in Salesforce.com • Complete ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

🎯 Exigences

• 2-5 years correspondent lending originations experience (specifically sales support and operations experience) • Superior oral and written communication skills • Proven ability to build and strengthen relationships with internal partners and external clients • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with Salesforce.com desired • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience • Working hours required in the range of Pacific time zone business hours
