Description

• Own the HubSpot instance end to end across portals, including object model, lifecycle stages, properties, associations, pipelines, workflows, forms, integrations, and marketing contact economics • Reconcile duplicate records, retire obsolete workflows, audit installed apps, and maintain consent and deliverability • Define funnel stages and GTM metrics across Clasp Talent and Clasp Finance • Enforce pipeline and data hygiene through automation • Implement territory, segmentation, ICP logic, routing, SLAs, and lifecycle transitions in the CRM • Build lead and account scoring and quota and compensation tracking infrastructure • Build enrichment and data waterfalls, signal-based plays, automated research, and personalization • Build behavior-triggered lifecycle campaigns • Instrument the student funnel end to end and address applicant drop-off • Build and maintain landing pages, HubSpot CMS modules, and forms • Build and maintain API, webhook, and OAuth integrations between HubSpot, the product, and third-party services • Design dependable data flows with validation, observability, consent handling, access controls, and failure recovery • Partner with the data team to deliver clean, reportable HubSpot data to Snowflake and AI analytics agents • Build AI enrichment, research, deal-desk, and self-serve reporting automations • Plan and implement CRM changes without breaking historical reporting or team trust • Communicate changes, support adoption, and maintain change records • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Data, and Engineering • Own work from discovery and design through implementation, testing, launch, and post-launch support • Document architecture, CRM configuration, integrations, and operational runbooks • Train and support internal teams • Measure and improve conversion across both funnels, monitor production diagnostics, and quantify impact

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years in revenue operations, marketing operations, GTM engineering, or an analytics role embedded in revenue, including 2+ years hands-on in HubSpot • Experience building revenue infrastructure where little existed before • Experience in a regulated industry such as financial services, healthcare, insurance, or similar • Track record of landing material CRM changes on a live revenue team without breaking reporting • Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience, including custom objects and properties, workflows and custom code actions, forms, CMS modules, CRM and Marketing APIs, association complexity, and marketing contact economics • SQL fluency and comfort reasoning about data models • Working knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, data mapping, and reliable synchronization between systems • Scripting ability to automate repetitive work • Warehouse and BI exposure such as Snowflake or dbt is a strong plus • Applied LLM tooling for enrichment, scoring, research, or GTM analytics is a strong plus • Lending, fintech, or another high-volume consumer funnel is nice to have • Experience with both consumer funnel work and enterprise B2B pipeline work is nice to have • Experience in multi-product or multi-motion companies is nice to have • Candidates who require current or future visa sponsorship are not eligible for this role • Must be based in the United States, as the application asks for city and state and assesses U.S. employment visa eligibility
