Description

• Drive revenue growth through new national account acquisition in the commercial door market • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients across multiple verticals, including construction, retail, and industrial sectors • Work collaboratively with internal Sales Operations and Project Management teams throughout the full project lifecycle • Present Clopay’s value proposition to contractors, architects, facility managers, and procurement teams • Create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and product solutions • Identify cross-selling opportunities and support the growth of existing accounts • Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to stay ahead in the market • Utilize CRM tools to track sales pipeline, activity, and account progress

🎯 Exigences

• 5–8+ years of outside sales experience in the commercial door, access systems, or related building materials industry • Proven track record in national account management and project-based sales • Experience selling through contractor networks and directly to commercial end-users • Familiarity with construction documents, architectural plans, and project timelines • Skilled in managing long-cycle sales and coordinating across multiple decision-makers • Experience with dock doors; hoods, shelters, bumpers, restraints, dock levelers, etc.
