Description

• Engage with clients to understand their business processes and challenges in the media and entertainment industry. • Design and implement Salesforce Media Cloud solutions to enhance client operations, audience engagement, and content monetization. • Customize and configure Salesforce Media Cloud environments according to project requirements and best practices. • Provide expert guidance on the integration of Salesforce Media Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications. • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce Media Cloud functionalities. • Collaborate with project teams, including project managers, developers, and UX designers, to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of Salesforce solutions. • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to advise clients on continuous improvement opportunities. • Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal writing, and scoping of potential Salesforce Media Cloud projects.

🎯 Exigences

• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with exposure to Salesforce Media Cloud. • Salesforce Administration Certification required • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant (strongly preferred) • Media Cloud Accredited Professional (strongly preferred) • Proven experience in Salesforce consultancy, with specific experience in implementing Salesforce Media Cloud solutions. • Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, including trends, challenges, and business processes. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration techniques. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
