Description

• Lead and manage the development team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to requirements • Plan, prioritize, and distribute development tasks among team members • Develop, customize, and maintain websites and web applications using PHP • Develop and manage WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and integrations • Work on Shopify stores, including theme customization, app integrations, and performance optimization • Develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites • Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code • Review code and ensure development best practices and coding standards are followed • Troubleshoot and resolve technical, performance, security, and functionality issues • Optimize websites for speed, performance, responsiveness, and scalability • Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, project managers, and other teams to deliver client requirements • Conduct technical planning and provide accurate development estimates and timelines • Monitor project progress and identify potential technical risks or blockers • Ensure websites are responsive and work properly across different browsers and devices • Manage website migrations, integrations, API connections, and third-party tools • Maintain website security, backups, updates, and overall technical health • Stay updated with emerging web technologies, development frameworks, AI tools, and industry best practices • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical growth

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack/Web Development • 6 years of WordPress development experience required • 6 years of PHP, Shopify, and Magento development experience required • Strong hands-on experience with PHP, WordPress, Shopify, and Magento • Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS • Previous experience in a development lead, senior developer, or team leadership role preferred • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Good understanding of website performance, security, and optimization • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of backend development and database integration • Experience developing/customizing WordPress themes and plugins • Experience with WordPress APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting • Understanding of WordPress security and performance optimization • Experience customizing Shopify themes and familiarity with Shopify apps, integrations, and APIs • Understanding of Shopify e-commerce functionality and optimization • Experience with Magento themes, extensions, integrations, and troubleshooting • Understanding of Magento e-commerce architecture and performance optimization • Good understanding of responsive web design • Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams • Ability to review code and maintain development standards • Strong task management and prioritization skills • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide the team toward solutions • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
