• Build powerful buyer tooling • Lead development of our next-generation buyer platform • Build and optimize the matching engine • Architect for scale: Design and operate microservices and distributed, event-driven systems • Elevate the seller experience: Make it effortless for sellers to understand their options, price their items accurately • Take an AI-first approach to building • Own outcomes end-to-end: Take projects from 0 to 1 • Drive cross-functional execution: Translate strategy into clear technical plans • Connect the ecosystem: Ensure seamless liquidity handoffs across the broader PSA enterprise • Communicate with clarity at every level

🎯 Exigences

• 6+ years engineering experience • Full-stack range: Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and modern frontend frameworks like React and Svelte • Distributed-systems depth: Experience with microservices and Kafka-based event-driven architectures, Kubernetes, and AWS • Observability-first mindset: Instrument what you ship using tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or OpenTelemetry • AI-first engineer: Use AI tooling across the development lifecycle • Systems thinker and customer focused: Decompose complex systems into clean boundaries and intuitive interfaces • Influential communicator: Communicate effectively with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders • Bias for ownership: Extreme ownership mindset and thrives in a fast-moving, self-directed environment • Passion for collecting is a plus.
