Description

• Conduct training sessions on taxation, tax regimes and fiscal obligations; • Guide clients on issuing service and/or product invoices; • Explain how the Contajá platform works; • Ensure the client starts operations with confidence and clarity regarding their tax processes; • Identify recurring difficulties and propose improvements to training processes; • Ensure a positive, welcoming experience at the start of the customer journey.

🎯 Exigences

• Knowledge of customer retention strategies; • Intermediate skills in data analysis and reporting; • Experience with communication tools and CRM platforms; • Knowledge of tax planning, payroll and accounting; • Knowledge of company registration, modification and dissolution processes; • Basic CS (Customer Success) and CX (Customer Experience) skills; • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
