Description

• Architect and build infrastructure for CrowdStrike's agentic AI marketing platform • Build integrations connecting the AI campaign engine to Workfront, Marketo, Google Docs, Slack, CMS, and digital asset management systems • Develop orchestration layers for multi-agent pipelines, state persistence, error recovery, and parallel execution • Design and build web UIs including campaign dashboards, workflow builders, approval interfaces, and real-time pipeline status views • Create production tooling for HTML/email template generation, PPTX/PDF/SVG asset pipelines, and content publishing workflows • Build analytics infrastructure for performance dashboards, agent quality scoring, A/B test tracking, and feedback loops • Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and agentic workflows integrating AI APIs, MCP servers, automation platforms, and enterprise systems • Implement authentication, permissions, and multi-tenancy for concurrent marketing teams and campaign owners • Own CI/CD, automated testing, regression detection, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and alerting • Optimize LLM API performance through caching, parallelization, and cost management • Partner with Performance Marketing, Digital Intelligence, Engineering, and marketing leadership • Lead the Marketing Engineering pillar and report to the VP of Marketing Excellence & Transformation

🎯 Exigences

• 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience • Frontend engineering experience building production web applications with React or equivalent • Production experience with LLM/AI APIs, including token management, rate limiting, error handling, reliability, and cost optimization • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying agentic workflows • Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems, including prompt evals, output quality scoring, benchmarking, and testing against clear baselines • Strong systems design skills, including multi-service platforms, APIs, and scalable infrastructure • Integration experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and enterprise tools • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Working knowledge of CI/CD, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and observability; AWS preferred • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Bonus: experience with multi-agent AI systems, LLM orchestration frameworks, AI-powered automation, marketing systems, internal platforms, workflow builders, document/content pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, retrieval systems, RAG architectures, marketing operations, technical leadership, open-source AI/automation, B2B SaaS, or cybersecurity
