Description

• Independently write, test, and deploy clean, maintainable code across both front-end and back-end systems • Design and consume RESTful APIs that support real-time data exchange between utility systems and end-user applications • Integrate AI and machine learning models into existing and new application workflows • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full application stack with minimal supervision • Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an agile development team • Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders • Adapt quickly to evolving project requirements and emerging technologies in the energy/utilities space • Collaborate with R&D and operations teams to prototype, test, and iterate on new features

🎯 Exigences

• 2–5 years of professional Full Stack Development experience with a proven track record of delivering production-ready applications • 1+ years of experience in or alongside an R&D environment, with the ability to translate research concepts into functional software • 2+ years of hands-on proficiency in Python, .Net Core, Go, React, and XJS • Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, including model development, LLMs/generative AI, or AI-powered analytics • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
