Description

• Define and communicate the broader vision and execute IT strategy in alignment with organizational standards • Serve as the primary stakeholder contact for architects, application owners, and engineers • Define overall strategy, prioritization, and execution • Lead engineering and application architectural initiatives aligned with enterprise technology strategy • Create scalable technical solutions and support long-term platform evolution • Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps • Translate complex business capabilities into robust, scalable, and secure architectures • Provide technical leadership oversight and lead technical debt management • Balance modernization with delivery priorities • Leverage performance data to create feedback loops for continuous insight and improvement • Champion product management and agile mindsets • Communicate team successes and identify areas for growth • Build and lead high-performing teams solving complex, business-critical technical problems • Lead application architecture, design, development, delivery, and optimization of secure, scalable, high-performance healthcare and pharmacy applications across AWS, Azure, and GCP • Set architectural direction, influence engineering standards, and mentor teams

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ progressive years of experience defining and driving full stack software engineering, architecture and delivery of cloud native platforms for large-scale distributed systems and digital platforms • 5+ years of hands-on experience in senior, principal, or architect roles building cloud native applications • Deep expertise in API-first and microservices architectures • Experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, GKE, BigQuery, Spanner, Bigtable, or other PaaS • 5+ years of experience with Angular, React, React TypeScript, or React JS • 5+ years of experience building backend functionality using Python, API Forge, REST API, or Java • 5+ years of experience with Scrum iterative delivery, Agile concepts, sprint planning, and CI/CD • 3+ years of hands-on experience integrating AI/GenAI capabilities • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Vertex AI Studio, or Claude Code is a plus • Experience building enterprise healthcare or regulated-industry platforms • Familiarity with healthcare data, privacy, and compliance requirements • Exposure to ML-Ops and AI lifecycle management • Experience with identity, security, and privacy architectures • Strong foundational knowledge in AI, including OpenAI, Gemini, and Agentic AI automation • Experience with cloud networking and firewall implementation • Experience with application and database migration and modernization to the cloud
