Description

• Serve as the senior OT security technical resource and primary DIS engineering point of contact for assigned platform operating companies • Build relationships with OpCo CIOs, IT leads, and plant engineers • Translate enterprise OT architecture standards and blueprints into site-specific, network-executable implementation plans and engineering designs • Design firewall policies, VLAN topology, DMZ architecture, access control rules, and compensating controls for legacy assets • Lead OT network change-window execution and production cutovers • Coordinate with site engineers, network teams, plant operations, and safety teams to implement segmentation without disrupting production • Contribute to deployment of approved, monitored, and controlled OT remote-access methods • Document architecture decisions, implementation playbooks, deviation rationales, and as-built network diagrams • Serve as the senior technical resource for OT security delivery across the platform portfolio

🎯 Exigences

• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing OT network segmentation in live industrial environments • Experience with VLAN architecture, industrial firewall configuration (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or equivalent), DMZ build, and zone-based access controls across multi-site manufacturing operations • Ability to lead OT network change projects in production-sensitive environments • Experience scheduling around production cycles and coordinating with plant operations and safety teams • Deep familiarity with OT/ICS components including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, HMI, historian, and BMS systems • Knowledge of Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, OPC-UA, and BACnet protocols • Working knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and ISA-99 standards • Hands-on experience applying security frameworks to remediate audit findings at manufacturing sites • 10+ years of experience in OT/ICS security engineering or industrial network engineering • Significant experience leading segmentation, firewall deployment, or OT infrastructure projects at multiple manufacturing sites simultaneously • Ability to travel 25%
