Description

• Designing processes and customizations in close collaboration with our clients • Advising customers and supporting them in the use of their ELO ECM system • Delivering training and onboarding sessions • Installing and implementing ELO and add-ons • Project planning and coordination to successfully deliver our client projects • Travel to client sites to provide on-site support and deliver optimal solutions

🎯 Exigences

• Several years of experience with ELO ECM • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly • Quick learner with the ability to rapidly familiarize yourself with new topics • High motivation and commitment to deliver top performance • Customer-oriented mindset to identify and implement optimal solutions • Basic English skills to operate in an international environment • Self-initiative, commitment, strong willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team
