Description

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Node.js and ExpressJS, ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-structured code. • Build, optimize, and secure robust RESTful APIs and microservices capable of handling high-throughput production workloads. • Architect efficient relational database models (SQL), optimizing complex queries and managing schema design to ensure transaction integrity. • Take an active role in technical decisions, system architecture design, and the continuous improvement of the engineering lifecycle. • Participate heavily in code reviews, providing constructive architectural feedback to team members to ensure alignment with corporate quality standards. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner, guaranteeing system high availability. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to translate technical and business requirements into production-ready software solutions. • Foster a strong DevOps culture by leveraging containerization (Docker) to streamline local development and production deployment pipelines. • Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, technical refinement, and retrospectives.

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years of proven professional experience in backend software engineering. • Solid command and production-grade experience working with Node.js and ExpressJS. • Extensive hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL), data modeling, and performance tuning. • Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and securing RESTful APIs and service orchestration. • Practical familiarity with containerization tools, specifically Docker, for managing application environments. • Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git, along with continuous integration flows. • Fluent or advanced English communication skills, with comfort working daily in an international and distributed team environment. • Strong problem-solving mindset, technical autonomy, and a commitment to software engineering best practices.
