Description

• Initial consultation of prospective students about our educational offerings, primarily in IT and business continuing education • Attracting and engaging prospective participants for our shared mission • Operational support of participants through all phases up to course start • Structured management of CRM data maintenance and consistent execution of follow-up activities • Support with applying for education vouchers and communication with employment agencies • Ensuring a positive candidate experience by being continuously available for inquiries

🎯 Exigences

• Strong communication skills and openness in active engagement with prospective participants • Motivation driven by clear targets and a dynamic team environment • Structured, independent working style and the ability to prioritize incoming applications • Some practical experience in advisory B2C sales, customer service, or hospitality • Basic understanding of the structures of employment agencies and job centers is an advantage • Confident use of Google tools such as Docs, Sheets and Gmail, and initial exposure to CRM systems • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
