Description

• Lead the development of DoiT’s global Deals Desk team and own the end-to-end deal desk process • Develop and implement pricing strategies and partner incentive programs to maximize bookings and net revenue • Partner with Legal as a strategic advisor to Sales and Finance on complex deal structuring, partner pricing, contract negotiations, deal reviews, and quote/contract management • Coach sales representatives on commercial structuring and best practices to accelerate deal velocity • Develop and document booking policies, approval thresholds, models, and scalable best practices • Centralize execution and administration of partner incentive programs • Establish, track, and report KPIs and SLAs for the Deals Desk • Build and maintain a Deals Desk content library for Sales teams • Leverage technology to streamline workflows and increase productivity across Deals Desk, Sales, Finance, and Legal • Partner with Revenue Accounting on revenue and booking recognition for non-standard deal structures • Hire, coach, and develop a global team of deal experts • Report directly to the VP, GTM Strategy

🎯 Exigences

• 8+ years combined experience leading and scaling high-performing Deals Desk, Finance, or Sales Ops teams at a high growth, global tech company • Proven track record of building Deals Desk or Strategic Pricing functions that enable Sales teams to drive measurable increases in deal velocity and revenue growth • History of creative solutions to complex deal structures, including enterprise-level software agreements with a focus on resell and channel relationships • Ability to think strategically while understanding broader business and financial implications of different deal mechanics • Demonstrated understanding of, and experience implementing, tools and processes for Deals Desk, Sales, and Finance teams, including QTC, CPQ, CLM, and SFDC • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to clearly articulate a perspective • Commitment to embracing change for growth
