Description

• As a MS Dynamics Developer, you will focuses on designing, customizing, and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet our clients business needs. • Prioritize Client Success · Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions—Field Service experience preferred. • Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. • Deliver CRM platforms that are reliable, intuitive, and built for long-term value. • Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable · Navigate ambiguous client environments with evolving requirements. • Adapt quickly, lead through change, and make confident decisions with limited information. • Push boundaries by recommending modern tools, approaches, and innovations. • Peel Back the Onion · Ask the right questions to uncover root causes and deliver solutions that solve the real problem. • Dig into the details—CRM configurations, integrations, and workflows that drive better outcomes. • Explore new capabilities within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to unlock value. • Build to Last · Architect maintainable, scalable solutions that go beyond the current implementation. • Uphold security, data governance, and best practices in every project. • Coach and guide other team members to help elevate technical delivery. • Embrace Being Small & Mighty · Be scrappy, stay hungry. 🎯 Exigences

• Customization and Development: Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications using Power Platform, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant tools. This includes creating workflows, plugins, custom entities, forms, and reports. • Integration: Connect Dynamics 365 with other systems via APIs, Azure services, or data integrations. This may include working with Power Automate, Logic Apps, or third-party connectors. • Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions within Dynamics. • Testing and Support: Conduct unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance and user support. Ensure systems are performing optimally and upgrades are implemented smoothly. • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for solutions, customizations, and integrations to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
