Description

• Partner closely with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives with Domo. • Deliver custom, hands-on enablement tailored to client use cases, industry challenges, and team skill levels. • Act as a technical mentor, guiding clients through best practices, advanced configurations, and scalable solutions. • Provide deep expertise on Domo’s full suite of capabilities, including data integration, visualization, automation, application capabilities, and AI-powered insights. • Drive client independence by equipping users with the knowledge and confidence to manage and optimize their Domo environments. • Gather client feedback and insights to inform product improvements and enhance training resources.

🎯 Exigences

• Ability to creatively problem-solve in real-time, adapting to different learning styles and business needs. • Extensive hands-on experience with the Domo platform, including deep technical knowledge of data integration, ETL, dashboards, and automation. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable guidance. • Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding their unique data and analytics challenges. • Strong background in teaching, consulting, or technical enablement, with a passion for educating customers.
