Description

• Own and scale AG1's TikTok Shop and Trybe Program • Oversee TikTok Shop P&L, storefront, merchandising, agency management, creator/affiliate strategy, and LIVE commerce • Lead Trybe end to end, including VIP tier, retainer program, content approvals, and paid strategy • Track GMV, affiliate GMV, and program economics to guide investment decisions • Manage TikTok Shop agencies and hold partners accountable to GMV, creator activation, and content-output goals • Own pricing, promotions, product mix, catalog/inventory synchronization, and conversion optimization • Recruit, onboard, activate, and manage creator and affiliate relationships • Drive creator outreach and prospecting across tiers • Design creator incentives and challenges, including tiered bonuses and campaign contests • Track creator-level conversion and sales metrics and reallocate investment toward top performers • Oversee product seeding and LIVE commerce strategy, scheduling, host selection, and post-stream analysis • Forecast, diagnose, and troubleshoot GMV performance across the funnel • Own commission and incentive architecture • Set community strategy, tone, and standards for the Trybe creator community • Lead creator onboarding, engagement, recognition, and retention • Operate the VIP program and oversee the retainer program from negotiation through renewal • Lead content approvals for brand, claims, and compliance standards • Use paid media insights to coach creators and make approve/reject decisions • Identify and lead expansion into emerging creator commerce channels • Report to the VP of Partnerships

🎯 Exigences

• Proven track record running and scaling a TikTok Shop, including ownership of P&L, GMV, and affiliate growth • Deep, hands-on knowledge of creator/affiliate programs on TikTok Shop, including commission structures, product seeding, and LIVE commerce • Experience owning a P&L and balancing commission, seeding, agency, and production spend against margin and growth targets • Experience building and running creator or affiliate communities at scale, including tiered/VIP and retainer programs • Strong agency management experience, including evaluating, negotiating with, and holding external partners accountable to performance • Ability to read paid media and content performance data to coach creators and make content approval decisions • Excellent negotiation skills with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders • Strong analytical skills and fluency in GMV, TAC/CAC, and conversion metrics • Comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end and moving quickly in a fast-changing platform environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting program performance to leadership
