• Oversee multiple development teams, ensuring ROI-aligned delivery • Define KPIs, budgets, and SLAs for application portfolio • Implement and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, and quality frameworks • Mentor and hire top engineering talent • Liaise between IT and business to align technical strategy

🎯 Exigences

• 10+ years in software delivery • 3+ years in managerial roles • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or technical master’s a plus • Bachelor's Degree in: computer science, software engineering, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or a related technical/STEM field • Deep understanding of DevOps, Agile, cloud architecture • Experience in technology budgeting and portfolio management • Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.
