Description

• Partner across and be exposed to nearly all aspects of client services from day one. • Learn from and mirror more senior teammates, guiding clients by delivering sophisticated synthesis, analysis, diagnosis, and recommendations on complex human capital related projects. • Manage multiple client engagements at once, deftly prioritizing and preparing deliverables in a highly responsive and strategic manner. • Participate in project planning oversight, data analysis, troubleshooting, research, deliverables preparation, and client presentations. • Shift among internal firmwide meetings, team meetings, external client meetings, and independent work blocks at any given hour.

🎯 Exigences

• Demonstrated experience as a team leader and/or project manager, shepherding multi-stakeholder projects from initiation through completion. • Exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills with the ability to present complex information to leaders to facilitate discussions. • High EQ, strategic thinking skills, and a strong data background; ability to analyze and synthesize complex information, identify themes and implications, and propose actionable solutions. • A proven track record in quickly building deep, trusting, and long-term relationships. • Innate curiosity, resourcefulness, and comfort in ambiguity, with the ability to probe deeply, ask sharp questions, problem solve, iterate, and bring a growth mentality to every project, engagement, and interaction. • Strong attention to detail and an eye for consistency and clarity. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to effectively prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and navigate conflicting priorities. • Ideally, experience in and/or exposure to any or all of the following sectors: client services, human resources, and non-profits. • Alignment with our firmwide core values of Tangible Impact, Authentic Integrity, Boundless Curiosity, Empowered Excellence, and Joyful Humanity. • Passionate commitment to our mission of empowering social impact organizations to act on equity by building exceptional teams that reflect and strengthen the communities they serve.
