Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to a portfolio of Outdoor Lighting Perspectives franchisees • Conduct site audits and on-site visits to assess operational compliance and provide hands-on coaching • Evaluate profitability, overhead costs, operational efficiencies, KPIs, and franchisee performance • Coach franchisees on staffing, financial management, workflow optimization, and revenue growth • Maintain structured weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly Level 10 EOS meetings • Facilitate KPI, priority, issue, and solution reviews • Identify root causes, develop data-driven action plans, and lead execution for measurable improvement • Review financial statements and provide annual budget guidance • Develop, standardize, and implement systemwide KPIs and SOPs • Recommend cost-reduction, pricing, and margin-optimization strategies • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and introduce scalable tools • Support local marketing plans, sales processes, lead management, conversion strategies, and customer engagement • Create training materials, SOP documentation, and onboarding resources • Train employees and deliver group and one-on-one development sessions • Support operational enhancement, cost-saving, technology rollout, and resource-development projects • Prepare reports summarizing findings, KPI performance, and recommendations • Maintain proactive communication with franchisees and internal stakeholders

🎯 Exigences

• 3–5 years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a related field • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop and implement effective solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Analytical ability to evaluate performance data and identify growth opportunities • Ability to travel up to 25% • Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain composed under pressure
