Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert during new healthcare client implementations, ensuring accurate interpretation and validation of healthcare data. • Work directly with client stakeholders in a client-facing capacity to troubleshoot issues, answer data questions, and confirm successful implementations. • Validate healthcare datasets to ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness for downstream analytics and operational use. • Apply hands-on knowledge of EMR systems. • Translate healthcare and EMR data requirements into actionable technical solutions. • Support Azure-based data integrations and pipelines used in client onboarding and implementation workflows. • Collaborate with internal engineering, analytics, and implementation teams to resolve data issues and improve processes. • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation standards, validation frameworks, and documentation. • Participate in design discussions and reviews related to healthcare data use cases. • Support the adoption of AI and machine learning tools to enhance healthcare data validation and implementation processes.

🎯 Exigences

• 3 to 5 Years • Required healthcare data experience, including familiarity with healthcare-specific data structures and terminology. • Hands-on experience working with EMR systems, with Meditech strongly preferred. • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7. • Experience working in client-facing, consultative, or implementation-focused roles. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Technical experience with: • SQL and data validation techniques • Azure tools (e.g., Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Functions, or similar) • Python or equivalent scripting languages • Interest in or exposure to AI and machine learning tools, particularly as applied to healthcare data. • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with complex, regulated datasets. • Ability to balance technical depth with customer service and support-oriented responsibilities.
