Description

• Own the DrChrono outcome of reducing administrative time per visit from roughly 8 minutes to under 4 minutes • Own core workflows around the visit, including Message Center, patient portal, scheduling, intake, reminders, follow-up, and administrative task management • Lead discovery with DrChrono practices to identify workflow bottlenecks, staff time loss, and patient self-service opportunities • Reimagine the Message Center to improve prioritization, routing, response, and closure • Help deliver a modern patient portal that reduces calls, messages, manual intake, and routine front-office work • Improve scheduling and administrative workflows through simplification, automation, and fewer workarounds • Partner with design and engineering on product bets, requirements, acceptance criteria, and workflow testing • Use data and customer evidence to identify high-leverage opportunities • Align support, implementation, sales, and customer success for measurable launches and adoption • Establish metrics covering administrative minutes per visit, message resolution, portal adoption, scheduling conversion, task completion, support burden, and staff satisfaction

🎯 Exigences

• Strong product leadership focused on workflows, outcomes, and systems • Understanding of healthcare software and reducing administrative work • Excellent customer discovery instincts and ability to distinguish symptoms from root causes • Strong product mechanics, including strategy, sequencing, requirements, acceptance criteria, validation, and launch quality • Ability to influence product, engineering, design, support, implementation, and go-to-market teams • High standards, low ego, and bias toward measurable customer impact • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to work remotely across different time zones • May be required to travel to the Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other North American office locations
