• Manage shipment and tracking processes for packages dispatched from CareKinesis fulfillment centers • Monitor and track shipments through internal and external tools and dashboards • Provide timely shipment updates to team members and leadership • Liaise with national couriers, clients, providers, pharmacy teams, and internal departments • Ensure shipment destination and delivery-time accuracy • Address, resolve, and escalate delivery exceptions, shipment errors, and challenges • Monitor weather patterns across the United States to proactively mitigate delivery delays • Follow client contracts and purchase orders to prepare accurate invoices and credits • Prepare shipping reports using carrier and dashboard information • Stay informed about shipment transit times and group shipments for efficiency • Participate in reclamation duties, including retrieval and restoration of shipping packages • Participate in quality initiatives and identify process-improvement opportunities • Report potential quality-assurance issues • Ensure compliance, operational efficiency, quality, and information security in accordance with company guidelines, HIPAA, and applicable regulations • Handle shipping and related requests to support a positive client experience • Coordinate return requests from PACE clients • Assist with return packages and crediting orders using the JIRA customer portal and Appfire • Stay updated on training and role-relevant best practices • Perform other duties as assigned
• High School diploma or equivalent required • Consideration may be granted for experience in a related position or field • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in shipping preferred • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare environment preferred • Ability to evaluate and analyze problems or tasks from multiple perspectives • Ability to adaptively employ problem-solving methods and use logical, systematic, and sequential processes • Working knowledge and familiarity of clinical terms and related impacts • Effective and professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality • Detail-oriented and organized • Proficient computer skills with proprietary and pharmacy software • Proficiency with shipping, delivery, and order-management platforms, including FedEx, UPS, TForce, and TOMS • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Excel and SharePoint • Excel proficiency in quantitative analysis, charting, pivot tables, formulas/algorithms, and trend analysis • Availability to work an average of 40 hours per week and outside normal business hours on an ad hoc basis • Must be eligible to work in the United States
