Description

• Systems Monitoring: Continuously monitor clients' systems and technologies to ensure efficient operation and early detection of issues • Incident Management: Lead the response to critical incidents, coordinating the team to resolve problems quickly and minimize client impact • Data Analysis: Perform performance analyses and incident reporting, identifying trends and areas for improvement • Training and Mentoring: Coach and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices • Process Documentation, Planning and Continuous Improvement; Client Relationship Management; Risk Assessment, among other activities.

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Technology or a related field • Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps), Python, Java, and SQL Server databases • Proven experience providing support and maintenance for Power Platform • Required: PL-900 certification • Preferred: PL-300 and ITIL certifications • Availability for afternoon/evening hours and work on a rotating shift schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays and biweekly shifts)
