Description

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across outbound, paid, content, events, and partnerships • Build programs that generate qualified pipeline across target accounts in insurance and wealth management • Translate product positioning into high-performing campaigns and messaging • Own campaign calendars and align them with product launches and GTM priorities • Drive inbound and outbound pipeline through creative and data-driven initiatives • Partner with SDRs and AEs on account-based and outbound strategies • Optimize conversion from awareness through pipeline to revenue • Manage and improve lead generation, routing, and nurturing processes • Test new channels, audiences, and messaging • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights • Identify scalable growth opportunities across paid, organic, and event channels • Build dashboards and reporting to track pipeline contribution and ROI • Partner with Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and campaign strategy • Work with Sales to support pipeline goals and target accounts • Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market priorities and growth initiatives • Support product launches with integrated demand generation programs

🎯 Exigences

• 3–6+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles in B2B SaaS • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through marketing programs • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including paid, outbound, content, and events • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and optimizing campaign performance • Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product teams • Comfortable experimenting, iterating quickly, and learning from results • Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries • Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies • Experience working closely with SDR teams and outbound motions • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce • Background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
