• Support investors with trading, investment, and account-related needs • Guide clients through market activity • Process complex securities transactions • Provide education to help clients make informed financial decisions • Deliver personalized support through inbound client interactions • Build trust and strengthen client loyalty • Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional products and solutions • Explain complex financial-market and trading concepts in meaningful client conversations • Provide trading support, education, and mentorship as part of Fidelity’s Client Services organization

🎯 Exigences

• Series 7 license required • Series 63 license or ability to obtain within 90 days • Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry developments • Understanding of securities transactions involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals • Ability to apply regulatory and policy requirements while providing accurate and compliant client support • Ability to guide clients through trading and investment decisions with integrity and confidence • Consultative approach to uncover client needs and recommend appropriate offerings, support, and solutions • Excellent communication and active listening skills • Ability to explain complex investment and trading concepts clearly and relatably • Strong attention to detail and commitment to transaction accuracy • Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills • Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Primary residence must be within a 90-mile radius at application from approved branch sites: Richmond, Richmond South, and VA Beach • Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
