Description

• Join Finom's Growth & Activation product stream as its analyst • Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders on customer discovery, product adoption, and growth • Define the product analytics approach, including experiment design, metric naming and counting, and readout formats • Agree priorities and identify problems worth solving • Bring recommendations and surface opportunities for the business • Define activation, funnel, and company-consistent metrics • Design tests covering hypotheses, primary metrics, audience splits, durations, and result interpretation • Automate testing workflows • Build scalable testing infrastructure using external or internal tools • Help spread a testing culture across product teams

🎯 Exigences

• Product analytics experience end to end, with decisions that changed the roadmap • Fluent in SQL • Confident in Python • Solid knowledge of experimentation and causal methods • Experience choosing or building tooling for tests and metrics • Daily use of AI tools • Stakeholder-partner mindset rather than ticket execution • Proactive problem and hypothesis generation • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and explain reasoning to product and business stakeholders • English at C1 or above • Nice to have: Product analytics built from scratch • Nice to have: Experience with low conversion volumes, B2B, long sales cycles, or small samples
