Description

• Lead a team of Sales Professionals focusing on predictable and profitable sales attainment for SMB market • Execute the sales plan and ensure sales goals are met • Plan and direct sales activities across the US • Manage sales pipeline and define strategies to increase new merchant sales • Develop, motivate, and mentor sales staff • Build relationships with referral partners to ensure high lead flow • Assess and manage sales staff performance • Produce sales forecasts and pipeline analysis

🎯 Exigences

• Minimum 12 years of sales and sales management experience • Experience selling merchant acquiring solutions to the SMB market • Experience managing a successful sales team selling direct to SMB merchants • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis • Demonstrated success at leading field sales organizations of at least 50 sales professionals • Ability to travel 50%+ across the US • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
