• Oversee and direct the specialty banking activities of the team • Cultivate account relationships and ensure strong credit quality thresholds are met • Monitor and coach performance of team members • Create a strategic plan for the Financial Institutions Group • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and standards
🎯 Exigences
• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) • 15+ Years in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Capital Markets • Specialized senior level client relationships and credit / industry expertise specific to FIG-related sectors
