Description

• Lead a Team of Senior Relationship Managers as a “player/coach” • Responsibilities for new business development of companies nationally within the Healthcare sector • Covering all aspects of healthcare including Pharmaceutical, Life Science, Specialty Physician portfolios, Laboratories, and more • Responsible for talent management functions including employment, performance evaluations, staff development/training, and compliance requirements • Provide ongoing guidance and knowledge to the Relationship Managers • Develop close relationships with clients and cross sell various bank capabilities • Develop and maintain relationships with private equity firms with healthcare practices • Responsible for efficient and team-oriented service of clients, timely processing, and adherence to bank policies

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s Degree • 10+ years of experience, required, specific to healthcare banking • Experienced at networking and prospecting new clients and establishing relationships • Proficient use of Microsoft office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work and lead a team independently • Strong negotiation skills • Strong credit skills
