Description

• Partner with the Head of Product to shape ideas, formalise the roadmap and bring in customer voice • Own end-to-end design for key initiatives, including checkout, trip pages and premium stays • Simplify checkout and improve interaction quality and conversion • Collaborate with the Co-founder, Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing teams • Use quantitative data and qualitative customer insight to inform design decisions • Iterate rapidly in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Challenge product direction constructively and propose better alternatives • Identify problems worth solving and take initiative beyond responding to briefs • Take ideas from early thinking through launch and iteration • Raise the quality bar across shipped product experiences • Work within the established Flash Pack brand with imagery and visual craft colleagues

🎯 Exigences

• Portfolio demonstrating outstanding product design craft, including at least one product described as beautiful • Strong hands-on product design experience in a startup or scale-up environment • Exceptional UX skills with depth in flows, interaction and structure • Strong visual eye and experience shipping beautiful consumer products • Instinct for emotional flair and premium product experiences • Clear point of view and confidence advocating for better experiences • Significant hands-on experience shipping consumer digital products in fast-moving, high-growth environments • Comfortable owning problems from discovery through delivery • Experience with app design is a plus • Strong bias toward action and momentum over perfection • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and learning from failure • Curiosity about AI and thoughtful use of AI in design practice • Collaborative approach to product design • Must be based within the UK • Availability for 3 hours of daily overlap with core teams
