• Advising business owners/CEOs on how they can acquire new employees or contracts through our services • Independently scheduling appointments with cold and warm inbound leads • Pre-qualifying prospects for consultations with our experts • Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks

🎯 Exigences

• Clear, comprehensible German pronunciation and an energetic telephone manner • Strong willingness to learn, high performance drive, and the ambition to continuously develop personally and professionally • Some experience in sales, ideally 1–3 years in telephone cold calling • Preferably prior sales experience in an agency or in a coaching/consulting environment • Educational background is secondary; what's decisive is that you have sales experience and are motivated to grow with Flatland Marketing
