• Support the supply chain and operations functions. • Help scale our modeling capabilities and be at the center of strategic projects. • Drive all modeling & data analysis to support decision making across our capex spend. • Improve inventory modeling and forecasting by automating and upgrading the current models. • Understand Data sources & Models. • Dive Deep through the Data. • Understand Engineering/product/hardware. • Deeply understand our capex spend and the things that drive our capex spend. • Provide insights on areas of opportunity within capex spend. • Improve the accuracy of our Accessory Modeling and the information we use to make accessory ordering decisions. • Be the owner of all capex and inventory modeling. • Improve the data we use to make production decisions during the Demand Planning Meeting. • Find opportunities to generate savings in our Capex Spend.
• 3-6 years Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or a related business field • An expert in financial modeling and quantitative analysis, who enjoys solving complex and unstructured problems • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Solid project management skills, ability to independently manage tasks on time • Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, high-growth business environment • Work effectively and collaboratively cross functionally with your business partners • High proficiency in Google Sheets with ability to compile, transform, analyze, and present complex data sets • Proficiency in a data tools (Sigma) and a FP&A tools (Pigment) • Knowledge of hardware products or experience at a hardware company a plus • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related field
