Elle aide les supermarchés, les boulangeries et les opérateurs de services alimentaires à automatiser la production et les commandes sur plusieurs sites, à réduire le gaspillage alimentaire, à augmenter la disponibilité en rayon et à accroître les profits en actualisant les prévisions plusieurs fois par jour et en fournissant des plans de production et de commande exploitables.

Description

• Independent management of a customer base and support for customer projects. • Onboarding new customers and building trusting customer relationships. • Competently answering customer questions about our product by phone, email, and video call. • Working closely with colleagues in the marketing/sales department. • Identifying potential for optimization through regular analysis of customer requirements and usage. • Regular communication with customers to strengthen long-term customer loyalty. • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented support.

🎯 Exigences

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, a university degree, or comparable qualifications. • Strong communication skills and a good feel for language. • Fluent in Dutch (minimum C1/C2 level) and excellent command of English, both written and spoken. • Service-oriented, confident in presentations, and a competent manner. • High degree of initiative, resilience, and flexibility. • Confident use of MS Office, CRM, and ticket systems.
