Description

• Support the end-to-end deal lifecycle by partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal • Review and support standard and non-standard sales deals, including pricing, discounting, and key commercial terms • Ensure deals align with internal approval, pricing, and revenue policies • Provide guidance to Sales on deal structure, required approvals, and next steps • Own order booking accuracy from closed-won through order submission • Validate orders for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance prior to booking • Coordinate handoffs with Billing, Finance, and Customer Success • Support corrections and amendments for post-close changes • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to move deals forward • Maintain deal documentation, approvals, and audit trails within CRM and CPQ tools • Track deal volume, approval turnaround times, and exception trends

🎯 Exigences

• 2–5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field • Strong attention to detail and operational rigor • Experience supporting sales deals in a B2B environment • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously under deadlines • Strong communication skills and comfort partnering cross-functionally • Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription-based business models (preferred) • Familiarity with CRM and CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce, Ironclad) (preferred) • Basic understanding of pricing, discounts, and revenue impact (preferred)
