• Own Intelex's inorganic growth strategy end-to-end — from opportunity identification through due diligence, recommendation, and post-close integration planning. • Define acquisition criteria aligned to Intelex's product strategy, target markets, and technology gaps, in collaboration with the CPTO and executive leadership. • Build and maintain a proprietary pipeline of acquisition targets and strategic investment opportunities. • Lead product and technology due diligence on acquisition candidates. • Partner with Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal to structure and execute transactions. • Build and own Intelex's market intelligence and competitive intelligence function.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline required. MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred. • 8+ years of experience in product strategy, corporate development, strategy consulting, or a combination thereof within enterprise SaaS or technology markets. • Demonstrated experience owning or significantly contributing to M&A processes, including target identification, due diligence, and integration planning. • Proven track record in building and managing technology partnerships, including commercial negotiation and joint go-to-market execution. • Deep knowledge of the EHSQ and ESG markets strongly preferred. Familiarity with Intelex's competitive landscape is a significant advantage. • Experience building or leading a market intelligence or competitive intelligence function, including analyst relations management.
