• Lead Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and Clinical Professionals across the assigned Southeast region • Drive topline revenue growth and profit margin expansion • Develop and execute regional strategic business plans, including key account strategies for regional IDNs • Own the regional P&L, with focus on price discipline, expense management, and margin expansion • Partner with Inside Sales, National Key Accounts, Technical Service, Marketing, and R&D on regional strategy, execution, and new product launches • Achieve sales quotas for capital and consumables • Forecast monthly regional revenue and profitability performance • Create financial projections and manage key performance indicators • Maintain SFDC data integrity for accurate reporting • Develop regional IDN growth and competitive win-back strategies • Lead account business planning and pursue sustainable-value opportunities • Allocate resources according to business objectives and customer needs • Coach team members on using FBS to address business challenges • Manage personnel performance, development, and continuous learning through field visits • Lead sales training initiatives and coach sales trainers on onboarding • Motivate and develop a diverse workforce while fostering teamwork and professional growth • Foster cross-functional collaboration supporting service contract and revenue initiatives • Hold stakeholders accountable for meeting customer needs and strategic priorities • Conduct business in accordance with conduct, healthcare compliance, safety, and other ASP policies
• 8 years of healthcare sales, marketing, or relevant commercial experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent required • Consistent yearly track record driving results through others, including new product launches, product-utilization growth, and competitive wins • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with strong business acumen • Experience in a key sales leadership role requiring business and financial acumen • Successful experience leading complex contract negotiations • Understanding of the assigned regional market and customers • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time • Must live in or be willing to relocate within the assigned region • Must possess a valid driver’s license issued in the United States • Strategic thinking and tactical execution ability • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong leadership and team-building track record • Ability to set team vision, develop, coach, and guide a team • Collaborative leadership style and ability to drive change across business units and functions • Process and results orientation, including building sustainable standard work and systems • Track record delivering results in changing environments • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability • Excellent negotiation skills • Solid presentation, communication, and influencing skills • Deep business acumen across portfolio, markets, customers, challenges, and demands • Unquestionable integrity and excellent judgment
