Les programmes d’adhésion FXAIR garantissent l’accès à certains types d’appareils à des tarifs fixes, afin d’assurer aux voyageurs un service constant et haut de gamme, adapté aux destinations locales comme internationales.

Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers to organize seamless customer-trip operations • Communicate with clients from booking through trip completion • Confirm pre-flight details with operators • Communicate flight itinerary changes • Offer and manage additional customer services • Complete, review, and confirm pre-flight documentation • Use industry and aviation software, including Air Traffic Control systems • Track customer flights and obtain and resolve post-flight feedback • Request customer reviews • Liaise with all FXAIR departments to improve company efficiency • Provide ad hoc support to the sales team when necessary • Report to the Vice President of Operations
