Description

• Serve as the main customer contact during project execution and drive resolution of customer issues • Lead the end-to-end execution of service projects, coordinating engineering, procurement, logistics, and field execution • Define and implement the project execution strategy to ensure successful delivery • Manage project schedule, financials, margin, risks, and change management • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual deliverables and performance guarantees are met • Maintain project documentation and management systems while providing regular project status updates and reviews • Identify and mitigate project risks and capture lessons learned and best practices • Support the tendering and ITO phase by contributing execution expertise and project insights

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field • Proven experience in project management within the power generation or energy sector • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and contract management • Experience working with gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, HRSG, aero-derivatives, or related power plant equipment • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization • Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to travel approximately 25% • PMP certification (or willingness to obtain) is highly desirable
