• Own and proactively manage the strategy of the customer relationship to uncover customer needs and deliver commercial insights that challenge their status quo • Articulate the GEV value across a product portfolio including requests for transactional and contractual service offerings • Deliver top line growth and bottom-line profitability targets in the Americas region through new client prospecting • Partner and lead others to find creative solutions to grow customer share and expand price • Maintain and track a healthy pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce.com • Manage e-commerce adoption to run the business • Actively lead and participate in regional operating reviews for account planning, growth strategy, market intelligence, contract renegotiation and Kaizen sessions to drive improved sales performance.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 8 years of cumulative experience in commercial sales, account management, or operations within the power generation, wind, or renewable energy industry • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
