Description

• Overall responsibility for service and maintenance activities in the Central region (Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Saarland) • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure technical and commercial support • Lead a team of service technicians and promote their professional and personal development • Manage service KPIs to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction • Position and further develop service offerings in the market • Analyze data and metrics and develop sustainable process, productivity, and customer experience improvements • Take on and lead regional improvement projects • Develop, manage and continuously improve relevant KPIs and ensure target achievement • Responsible for the region's revenue, costs and results and support profitable growth • Collaborate with sales, applications, project management and internal stakeholders • Manage the team's capacity and deployment planning • Active role in escalation management and support of strategically important customers

🎯 Exigences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification • Extensive experience in service and/or commercial management • Solid experience in the medical technology market and in the service environment of hospitals and healthcare institutions • Proven track record in building and developing long-term customer relationships • Several years of experience in leading, developing and motivating employees • Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills • Experience in talent development and building relationships at all organizational levels • Analytical, self-directed and pragmatic approach in complex situations • Convincing presentation and communication skills • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany • Valid driver's license • Fluent German and very good English skills • Experience leading decentralized service organizations or technical teams • Demonstrable success in customer satisfaction, productivity and business results • Understanding of service processes, resource control and performance management • Ability to drive change and promote continuous improvement • Entrepreneurial mindset, personal responsibility and results orientation
