Viktor cible les équipes, PME, agences et grandes entreprises cherchant à automatiser les tâches opérationnelles, analytiques, de support et de croissance répétitives au sein des plateformes de collaboration.

Description

• Run Viktor's marketing machine • Select, integrate, and manage marketing tools and build tools that cannot be bought using Viktor • Work with partnerships, paid, organic, brand, lifecycle, and product marketing leads to identify and automate manual work • Own the marketing stack, including Viktor, PostHog, Clay, Hex, and advertising platforms • Build documented apps, agents, and scheduled workflows on Viktor • Maintain connected data from marketing activity through signups, with Data Science owning attribution • Deliver a partner operating system used daily and documented for handoff • Map marketing tools and automations with owners, costs, usage, and overlap • Remove tools or automations and demonstrate savings • Build tools for other teams and ensure weekly usage • Prioritize future builds by impact • Report to the CMO, Kieran Flanagan

🎯 Exigences

• Experience shipping AI-powered tools or agents used for months and maintaining them when they break • 3+ years of experience owning a modern marketing stack at a fast-moving company • Knowledge of pipeline generation and buy-vs-build decisions • Experience building something proactively as a founder, side project creator, or early-startup employee • Ability to judge when a script is better than an agent and when a low-cost tool is better than building • Ability to turn ambiguous requests from marketing leaders into tools used weekly • No engineering degree required • Preferred: experience building on Viktor or with agents, scheduled workflows, and MCP • Preferred: hands-on experience with PostHog, Clay, Hex, a data warehouse, SQL, and APIs • Preferred: experience at a B2B SaaS or AI company, or building systems for partnerships or creator marketing
