Description

• Lead full-site supply- and demand-side compressed air assessments • Collect and analyze pressure, flow, power, and air-quality data; size and baseline systems • Use data loggers and field instruments (flow meters, pressure/current transmitters, power meters, dew point sensors) • Quantify energy and cost savings and document findings in client reports and presentations • Develop preliminary schematic designs: single-line drawings, P&IDs, equipment schedules, piping diagrams • Communicate findings to clients and internal teams; help refine assessment process and go-to-market approach

🎯 Exigences

• 5+ years in manufacturing/industrial engineering or equivalent experience • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering preferred (or comparable experience) • Practical experience designing or assessing industrial compressed air systems • Comfortable in industrial settings; able to use hand tools, work at heights, and stand/walk for long periods • Strong Excel and MS Office skills; excellent written/verbal presentation ability • Valid driver’s license; US citizenship required • Able to travel ~50% (typically 2–3 weeks/month) • Nice-to-have Automation/controls (PLCs) experience • Hands-on troubleshooting and field commissioning experience
